   Café Biz 08 – Wrap Up
    The Annual Expo for the Cafe Industry

 
   They’re off and racing!!!  Randwick Racecourse was the place to  
   be on the 13th and 14th of April for Café Biz ’08. The new venue
   proved a hit with exhibitors and visitors alike as they “jockeyed”  
   for position.

   The introduction of the new Tea Infusion Competition and
   Blendtec Café Cocktail Competition alongside the regular
   Pura Milk Latte Art and Da Vinci Trans Tasman competitions
   kept the constant stream of visitors thoroughly entertained.

   The shape and size of the new venue was such that visitors were
   never far from the action on centre stage while browsing the stands,
   which created an exciting atmosphere. We're already looking forward
   to Cafe Biz 09 where we can build on this successful new concept
   from 2008.

    If you like Pina Coladas, then you’ll have loved this year's first
    Blendtec 2008 Café Cocktail Competition. In the Mix was Mel Sharpe
    and Graeme McCormack from Coco Cubano, Zach Hoitis from
    Zach’s Kafe Kitchen, Stefano Folcarelli from The Italian Syrup  
    Company in NZ and Aimen Krayem from Da Vinci Gourmet.
