The event: The event will be held over two days;
Sunday 2nd May – open to new starters entering the cafe/coffee industry.  
Monday 3rd May – Trade only day.

The Competitions: (on centre stage)
- Pura/Dairy Farmers Latte Art Championship
- Da Vinci Trans Tasman Barista Championship
- Coffee Chain Challenge

The Work Shops/ Seminars: Café Biz 10 will continue to lead the way in educating the Australian Café Industry with an exciting line up of speakers who delve into topics on specific industry issues and latest advances, FREE of charge to all patrons at the event.

The Networking: Networking pportunities for the industry are one of the key benefits that have come out of the Café Biz concept. In addition to the exhibition there will be a sponsored network cocktail party on the Sunday evening where industry suppliers can network in a social atmosphere at the event.

The Venue: Royal Randwick Racecourse. With a large exhibitor space, the AJC site has plenty of parking and will have a licensed break out area – bar. Food will also be on sale at the event by HASAP approved venue caterers.
