At the Genovese Coffee Training facility we teach you all the skills you need to make great coffee.  Using both theory and hands on practice we take you through all aspects of coffee preparation.  The training focuses on analysing and adjusting the coffee grind to achieve perfect espresso extraction, how to correctly texture and pour milk, and how to operate and maintain the espresso machines.
