Ben Gleeson has set the standard at the inaugural Tea Infusion Challenge by becoming Australia's No. 1 Tea Brewer.
Hailing from the Central Coast, Bens love of tea was apparent in his presentation. Winning with his 2 infusions, the 'China Pai Mu Tan' and his signature Iced Tea 'Iced Red Chai'.
Also amongst the competition stand outs were Nathan Wakeford from Somage Fine Foods and Carl Sara from Muffin Break New Zealand. Nathan shared his exceptional in depth tea and industry knowledge throughout his presentation while Carl took on a different but daring approach presenting his tea right in front of the judges.
