Sunday 2nd May – focused on the retail coffee market, allowing non trade visitors to also enter the exhibition.
Monday 3rd May – Trade only day.

- Coffee Chain Challenge
Once again Cafe Biz will play host to the Pura Latte Art Championship with a prize pool of over $2,000 in cash and prizes, making it Australia’s richest Latte Art competition. The competition will be judged by a panel of leading barista judges and the event sponsor.
